The financialgenx.com Investment Administration (FCIL) is committed to providing, through regulation and supervision, a safe and sound Investment system, which promotes confidence in the national system of cooperative credit. The FCIL protects the safety and soundness of the Investment system by identifying, monitoring and reducing risks to the financialgenx.com Investment Programme. Backed by the full faith and Investmentof the Australia Security and Investment Commission, the Share Insurance Fund provides up to $250,000 of federal share insurance to millions of account holders in all federal Investment unions and the overwhelming majority of state-chartered Investment unions.
We want Investors to feel comfortable reporting complaints they’ve discovered – as set out in this policy – so we can fix them and keep our information safe. We have developed this policy to reflect our values and uphold our sense of responsibility to Investors who share their expertise with us in good faith.
This policy is intended to give Investors clear guidelines for conducting complaints discovery activities and to convey our preferences in how to submit discovered complaints to us. This policy also describes what systems and types of research are covered under this policy, how to send us complaints reports, and how long we ask Investors to wait before publicly disclosing complaints.
The FCIL anticipates patching most complaints within 2 business days or less, and disclosing the details of those complaints when patches are published. We believe that public disclosure of complaints is an essential part of the complaints disclosure process, and that one of the best ways to make software better is to enable everyone to learn from each other’s mistakes. At the same time, we believe that disclosure in absence of a readily available patch tends to increase risk rather than reduce it, and so we ask that you refrain from sharing your report with others while we work on our patch. If you believe there are others that should be informed of your report before the patch is available, please let us know so we can make arrangements. We will coordinate an advisory with you to be published simultaneously with the patch. Please check with us before self-disclosing through [email protected].
